Service Description
Learn and do—an interactive sugarbush experience including a tour of our maple forest, collecting sap and boiling it down to produce some syrup to bring home to your breakfast table (125mL for each participant). Learn about different methods of sap collection, reverse osmosis technology to improve efficiency, evaporation techniques, sugar density (brix), filtration, grading, bottling, storage and more. Educational and delectable, these next-level workshops provide an opportunity to try your hand at making syrup yourself and experience the whole process from start to finish.

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend an event or experience that you have registered for, you may reschedule by providing us with 7 days notice via email. With less than 7days notice will attempt to reschedule your event or experience but we cannot make any guarantees. Failure to attend an event or experience that you are registered for will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.
