Ramps are a species of wild onion (Allium tricoccum) with a unique garlicky-onion flavor. Our ramps  (sometimes called wild leeks) are organically grown and hand-foraged from the shaded, woody areas of our sugar bush. These highly-prized culinary delights are harvested during a short 3 or 4 week season durign the month of May.  Greens only. Price per lb.
